Edit: I would like to commend Kim Murscoe and the service team at Gainesville Buick GMC for their excellent customer service. They addressed all of my concerns promptly and were a pleasure to work with. My previous negative experience was the only one I have had in 2 years and I am so pleased that they rectified the situation. Thank you, Kim! I look forward to bringing my car in and seeing you next time I need service.
I scheduled my appointment online with Kim Murscoe and was disappointed to be told when I arrived that she was on vacation. There must be a way to list the actual service adviser availability for appointment scheduling. I was greeted by Matt (although he was not the service writer who handled my ticket) and I found him to be incredibly unprofessional, calling me "dear" multiple times. I requested an oil change, tire rotation, and estimate to replace one of my mirrors. I thought the work had been performed correctly; however, on the way to work this morning, the low air pressure warning came on for BOTH of my front tires, which tells me that my tire pressure was not checked. Further more, when I opened the back driver side door to get my work bag out of the car, I noticed that there are large drops of oil all over the door frame, just waiting to get on my kids' shoes and tracked into my car or home. I am incredibly disappointed in my most recent experience with your service department.
