Practicality! Truly an airport hotel! Accessing via ORD terminal 2, just a short walk to reach the lobby.

As reported by other customers, I also faced problems with cleanliness, but the front desk manager adequately solved the problem, that is, as a loyal Diamond customer I was especially pleased by the guest service.

I hope this brief report will help other travelers in the Trip Advisor community choose their next hotel.
