What a shame and waste of time. I spent 2 days emailing the dealership to confirm the availability of a vehicle I wanted to test drive (just after memorial day when the covid-19 restrictions were eased) and set up an appointment. Drove to the dealership to be told someone put a deposit on the vehicle I was interested in the day before. But did anyone bother to reach out to me to let me know? Of course not. I'm sure they were hoping they could interest me in another vehicle by getting me there in person. If I didn't live so close by I would have been livid. Total waste of my time.
