Emailed August 21st asking for the carfax on a 201...

Emailed August 21st asking for the carfax on a 2015 Cherokee Sport got an email response from a finance manager by the name of Lourdes telling me my credit application had been received, explained that I never submitted a credit application. 22 hours later I finally get it after emailing again threatening to take my business elsewhere. Lourdes responds that because they have the wrong phone number on file(something I never gave them) the carfax bounced back. Now why would they be trying to send the carfax to my phone when they have my email on file??? Noticed that none of the vehicles under their used inventory have carfax attached to the vehicles. Kinda shady if you ask me. Long story short stay away FAR FAR away.
