I was pleasantly surprised on the Quick decision regarding my residence card whose chip was damaged, Talked in Swedish to one of the authorities when the gate keeper had no clue How to help me to re enter Sweden. Later in the enquiry section, another official Anjali listened to my plea and provided a resolution within the same day. She was patient, polite well informed & consultative.
I recommend patience and clarity of communication while visiting the embassy and hopefully you will have a good experience like me. The only room for improvement is the betterment of service at the gate where the guards are not well trained to handle all the issues.
