Be prepared to wait HOURS in the ER!!
Update...8 months later:

We received a bill for over 3K because they can't bill the insurance properly. I spent a tremendous amount of time trying to undue what Palmdale Regional wasn't capable of doing correctly! We are prepared to make the trip to Henry Mayo or Holy Cross...we will not be going here again!
