My daughter worked very hard throughout the COVID-19 school closures to hit all of her standards and was so proud of all of her achievements, but now all of her standards have been lost! She can't access her account. I can't access the parent account. Her teacher has given her a new account and she all have to start over! I am telling her school to cancel the subscription! NO STUDENT SHOULD HAVE TO START OVER DUE TO A TECHINICAL ERROR! She has already mastered over 50% of the standards for her grade level and this is only going to frustrate her and make her bored instead of stimulating her! I've tried emailing and calling the company but NO ONE will respond to our issues! BUYER BEWARE!

Update: After several attempts and COUNTLESS phone calls I reached a human being at DreamBox who was able to resolve our issue! I am so grateful that my daughter gets to utilize this exceptional learning tool again!
