Lovely zoo, unlike the Houston or San Antonio zoos...

Lovely zoo, unlike the Houston or San Antonio zoos. It s a rescue, non profit. I saw animals up close literally feet away! It s outdoors and a good size! A petting zoo is also inside so buy kibble at the gift shop. Overall it gave a family owned feel. Very nice employees and a great experience i 10/10 recommended (don t wear your nice shoes , it s dusty )
