I have had nothing but a bad experience with Capital Dodge. I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler that is still under warranty that has been in need of service for over two months. The service department has put parts on order but can't give me even a timeline for them to arrive. This has been going on for months now, and when I call or drop in to check , they simply tell me " no ETA on the parts you will just have to wait like everyone else" So it seems there are others that are awaiting parts to repair their Jeep?? Pretty sure once this is fixed, it will be my last Jeep and last trip to Capital Dodge.
Very poor experience!!
