If you can avoid any apartments associated with Sealy, do it! I moved in last year and the back sliding door was broken, I immediately told my apartment complex (northbrook) and they never did anything about it. Fast forward to a few months later and I was broken into, stole about $1500 worth and that would have never happened if I would have had my back sliding door fixed. To top it off, I emailed the office to ask if I needed to have my floors cleaned, seeing that my spouse is the owner of a restoration company. The office told me I did not have to worry about having my carpets cleaned, well Sealy is charging me $600+ because my carpets where not cleaned and I had urine spots, that would have came out with cleaning said carpets and they felt the need to replace them. So not only was I broken into because Sealy never fixed my sliding back door, but I m also getting charged carpet replacement when all I had to do was have them cleaned, which apparently my apartment complex gave me false information on. I feel as if Sealy owes me, not the other way around. A word of advice is, if you rent anything associated with Sealy, they will try their hardest to stick it to you anyway they can.
