Poor after sale service

It s now more than 3 months since I got my new car in June from Jimmy. He and the manager Mike were quite nice before and on handing over the car. But they provide no after sale customer service at all, not even a friendly chat asking whether everything is fine not that I would expect of BMW. When the car was delivered, Jimmy promised to help me with winter tires but he never followed up with that.

Now that I have questions about winter tires for my car so I called Jimmy. He answered me in a very hasty manner. I asked him whether he s busy, I could call again. But no matter what questions I asked, he just asked me to contact a friend of his who sold tires for BMW. He said he would text me the contact details of this person, and he would also ask BMW Service Dept for me and let me know. It s 2 days now. He didn t call me back and didn t text me any contact details. Nothing!

I called manager Mike today hoping to get some help but again what I got is the same hasty tone and he asked me to contact Jimmy who sold the car to me. He did answer my questions but the feeling I got from talking to both of them is that they did not have the time to talk to me and they pushed me to another person. Rude and not helpful at all.

What kind of customer service is that? Very disappointed! I will not go to this store again for another car.
