I was checking in for my appointment Wednesday, 8/31/2016. Innocently enough the receptionist asked me for my email address. I gave it to her while commenting "Good. I prefer emails over phone calls." I finished with my appointment and went home. Then I got two emails later that afternoon telling me how to "join" their portal, whatever that is. This irked me to no end. I was not told that the portal was the reason they wanted my email address. Maybe if they would have told me about this portal and what it was about I probably would have declined and gone about my business. But the So. Bend Clinic, LLC chose to be dishonest, deceptive, misleading, double-dealing and underhanded about everything. This, in my opinion, put them in the same category as Comcast. I am not going to blame my doctor just the management SOBs. I don't know what their portal is all about but I'll be go to hell if I'll join it or anything else from So. Bend Clinic,, LLC.
