UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Wow lets talk about how Cherry Hill AUDI is the WORST! I recently had service done on my car and it took almost 3 days!!! Lets start out by saying my car is not even a year old!! Not ONE person could call me the first day to even tell me that my car needed to stay. Why it did, I still do not know!! When I initially called to request service, the woman at service couldn't even notate my issues correctly. If they cant notate the issues correctly then they sure are not doing the repairs correctly!! My wipers were changed and now are tiny (LOL I AM SERIOUS), the interior on my door has dings and there are scratches on my center console.....and my drivers window still rattles!!! Andrew Lott who was my contact twisted MY words around and did not take ownership AT ALL!! Its my fault and I NEED to drive another 45 mins and waste my miles!! REALLY? 5 star service here let me tell you!! The service manager Chris has NOT even return my calls. I left a voicemail with the general manager (that was a fight to even get that far from front desk). Adrienne from front desk said that the general manager was a female named Amanda (which I left a voicemail too) but no one has replied and now the response says it a man LOL obviously everyone there is doing a bang up job! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
