If I could rate this hotel lower than one star, I would. There were a myriad of issues we had during our stay here. The beds were not very comfortable and after waking up this morning I was happy to only be staying one night. We were put in a room right next to the elevators and you could hear them running through the walls all night along with a constant mechanical banging. We ordered room service and were informed that it would take 20 minutes to get to our room when it took more like an hour to arrive and the food that did arrive was extremely subpar for the prices that they want to charge. A frozen pizza from the grocery store would of been 100 times better than the pizza that was brought to my door for $16. Lastly, the front desk staff were not knowledgeable about events going on in the building and we were not informed that we wouldn't have access to the city view terrace the night of our stay. All in all, I would never visit this location again. You would be better off staying at the Holiday Inn a few streets away.
