I took my car for first maintenance 8000km and one of their employee backed my car into another car and caused damage to quarter panel and driver door. Garry was very apologetic and very empathetic about the whole accident, which is very good however that doesn't bring back value of my car. They said everything will be fixed and spoke to the Operations Manager who said will be discussing this accident with the manager when he returns to the office. Apparently manager is going to make the decision is to how they will be compensating for this. They have new management in place, lets see what they have to offer.

Hopefully its not going to be another of those (bad) experiences.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!

Bought bulbs for my IS 250 a few months ago; They took all car details and STILL manage to give me the wrong product. When I went back to return it THAT VERY DAY they said they didn't do any returns or exchanges and to come back when the manager was there. When I went back the manger told me that they don't do returns even if it was their fault so, I just told them to keep the bulbs and walked away!!! That there should have been the red flag.

I went back and bought a New NX 200T it was the worst experience of my life. The sales and finance staff could give a rats ass about what the customer is looking for. All they care about is signing a deal, making their sales goals and, getting their commission. Their stories kept changing as time went by and the terms of the deal also kept changing up until the very last day. Customer satisfaction and building a long term relationship with their clients is the least important thing to them. Maybe a little more time and money should be invested towards training the staff on how to treat customers who are spending thousands of dollars instead of having fancy lights in the showcase display. If you can avoid having to deal with Sunny from their Finance department PLEASE DO!! All he cares about is money and is very disrespectful as I was talking to him he decided to walk away and expected me to follow him. Seemed as though in his mind he was the one who was going to be making my payments for me or he was giving me the car for free. Any deals that we had were ignored first they promised me tire and rim warranty but after i signed they scratched it out and said I had to pay for it. I paid for a "BRAND NEW" SUV but on the day of pickup my vehicle came with scratches inside and a dirty sunroof. So much for all the big talk!!

I got my last car from Lexus of Edmonton and had the best experience. They listened to what i had to say and came to an agreement that was pleasing for both parties. They make you feel like they want your business and you leaving feeling content where as at South Pointe even with a brand new car I wasn't at all excited rather I left feeling disappointed. Sure do regret not going back to Lexus of Edmonton. Well i know for next time.
