Great place to board, hang with friends, eat and drink. But DONT buy from Outer Limit Sports! i Bought a pair of earbuds, my card was scanned once it s a credit card so no pin is needed. The person who checked me out asked if I wanted to put points on my season pass I said yes but I don t have it yet, asked if I could bring it back later to get the points. He said yes. But I didn t realize that meant I had to wait to get the buds. So, I said no I ll just take it now. He said okay I ll have to run your card again because I cancelled the last transaction. He then double charged me for the same earbuds. I said hey you double charged me here is the transaction on my credit card app. He said it takes up to two weeks to show if both went through the first one should go away. Two weeks later I called because both charges were now posted. Left a voicemail. Nothing. I was going up to the mountain to board that weekend so I decided to go in show the double charge and dispute it again. They said, oh hmm that s never happened before. Your going to have to dispute it with cc company...so not only have you wasted my time but now I have to waste more time calling my credit card company to dispute the charge with them. The right thing to do would have been to put that 39.95 charge back on my card, or at least offer my a store credit at that price because apparently they cant refund back to cards. Guaranteed I would have bought another thing that price. Instead, I will never buy from there again and ensure my friends don t either but also I have to waste more time writing this review on every platform because I don t want another customer to have to deal with this as well.
