So I think that the experience in the Filson stores is mostly fine, but online service really awful for such a small company. I was given a gift card and tried to use it online- website says number is wrong- call help- wait 45 min- says card is fine- place order- arrives, wrong size- try to return- huge nightmare- more 45 min waits etc, finally get correct item after literally hours on the phone. 1- don't by gift card. 2- be sure you wont need to return item! 3- don't expect to spend less than 45 min waiting on phone. If LL Bean or Lands end bought this store, their profits would triple in less than a year!
