One of the best customer services ever received! Errol (the sales rep) is very patience and experienced sales guy. I was at this store to buy furniture over 8,000 USD (05/10/2016) and greatly impressed with the service.

I will in coming month be picking up my items at their Miller Road, Brookshire, TX Warehouse but already developing cold feet with what I will meet there - I just finished reading online review about the warehouse and is 90% nightmare. I pray I will not have any reason to be given damaged items (to avoid return), and also wish to will experience the same customer service I received from Errol at their Willow Chase Dr. Houston, TX store.
