I lived at one of the Connor Group's properties in Dayton (The Villager) for 2 1/2 years, and I have to say it was a very good experience. These things are billed as luxury apartment complexes and they have a lot of the services that pretty much everyone subscribes to all built into one package, which I thought was nice. The property is clean and contrary to some of the other reviews I've seen on here, I thought the staff was as friendly as you could expect.

I moved out last summer when I bought my own place, and the out-processing was pretty easy. In my opinion, the complex is for people that want to live in a nice place and have all of their needs taken care of and wrapped into one package. If you don't like that, there are plenty of other places around town. But I personally was very happy and would (and have) recommended this to friends.
