When they arrive in France, many Portuguese are faced with the enormous differences vis-a-vis Portugal. And they hardly return. In France the Portuguese finally realize how much they were exploited in Portugal by unscrupulous employers and miserable working conditions! And robbed by rulers who, from Right to Left, do nothing other than steal what does not belong to them.
As some Portuguese say, in France "they feel treated like people". Apart from all this a much better service when they go to social security and French finances.
Currently an average salary in Portugal is not even for a small apartment rent, besides everything in Portugal is more expensive, much more expensive than in France.
