Ben was cool at first with getting us a new car because ours was totalled in an accident but everything after us picking up the car has been stressful and overwhelming. The check engine light came on when we test drove it and he said it was nothing and had it cleared to which it came back on when we drove home. The radio did not work to which it was advertised working and they havent replaced it.
A few days ago the car stalled on the way home from work and wouldn't start back up. Had to wait over 2 hours to wait for the tow truck to get there because he sent them to the wrong area and now the loaner car which we should've had this past week when our car was at the dealership because they were 'fixing it' aka ordered parts but were waiting for them to get in so the car was just sitting there. But the loaner car is so dirty inside and reeks of cigarette smoke and there are ashes all over the floor and seats. Once this is all over with definitely not going to them ever again or recommending them to anyone ever.
