Hello I am very dissapointed in my experience. I feel was misled by the sales people and the managers at this Toyota- van nuys. As far as I can remember Toyota has always had a good reputation with my family. We had purchased Toyota many times in the past, myself my husband my father my daughter we all drove Toyota for many years. However, this time was different. I told the car dealer that financially I am limited as a single mother. It seemed to me that while they were trying to help me at the time, what I have later found is that the deal I was given of $315 per month is way too much for this car. I went back to the dealer to explain this to them, but they were not friendly and unhelpful- I didn t even get to the test drive. The last manager admitted to this only offered me a free service for the last year of the lease. After hearing my story with Toyota my friends and relatives have told me it was a very unfair deal that I was given- and everyone was so surprised that this dealership has done this to me. I hope that you can consider my condition and help me to resolve this matter with this dealership and appreciate your consideration with this.
