I was stuck at the airport port for 30 min waiting...

I was stuck at the airport port for 30 min waiting for their shuttle service and then when I called I got put on hold where I remained until the shuttle finally showed up. Once I got to the Hotel the internet didn't work at all and the room was just okay.
