Update: Hotel reached out and offered an apology as well as compensation for our issue. Improving my rating for following up and trying to make things right.

Poor service. Manager disappeared for over half an hour while he was being called to correct a bill. Made myself and a coworker late for meetings with his lack of attention to customer service. Can not recommend with current management.
