Rebecca was really helpful and so pleasant to work with. She presented me with ring options and finishes and worked within my price range. I was really nervous (well, consider the situation) and Rebecca was good at keeping the conversation going and trying to put my mind at ease by telling me there was nothing to worry about; it was totally the right thing to do, etc. And, btw, he said yes!! :-)
