IF they don't answer the phone, how can I get a higher grade? That when not only busy (off the hook ???) ...
From a multitude of evaluations, only a half dozen speaking well ... either gave the "wallet" or are civil servants too ...
The worst thing is having to go to defend a fine from something impossible ... to lose work for nothing.
That's why I'm leaving this country ... mercy.
