Usually reimburse well, but customer service is horrible. Unable to access web site for 10 days. Tried from multiple locations and browsers, message "we are experiencing technical difficulties" is received each time. No technical assistance available. Called Customer service. Ten minutes later was told I did not reach correct department and they switched me back to the automated menu which does not provide a technical support option - horrible. Can't send an e-mail either, because you have to SIGN IN to do so - and I can't SIGN IN!
