Kim is by far the worst landlord I have ever dealt with. She is misleading, disrespectful and unprofessional. I work as a real estate professional and I have never seen such a poor performance. The fact that she is even in this profession boggles my mind. She will tell you one thing and then do something completely different than what she said. Her word means absolutely nothing. She is the definition of the landlord you never want to deal with. The way she conducts business is by far the worst I have ever dealt with in this field. Do not rent from this company. If Kim somehow loses her position I would consider working with this company again. But as long as she is employed there, DO NOT RENT, BUY OR DO ANY SORT OF BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! As you can tell from the other reviews this company is crooked.
