I had a service appointment with Brian (best customer service EVER) they took car of my issues I had with my car since buying it in May. I live out in Winder and Akins said "you have to take it back to the dealership you bought it at to get it fixed" needless to say it was still under manufacturer warranty but Akins SUCKS and the drive to Sandy Springs was well worth it. The only issue I have is Dan in finance not returning my calls and emails, it's starting to get a little irritating. I really appreciate Brian in service he did an awesome job with everything no complaints.
