My experiences with Hale Center have always been positive, until this last time that my family and I went. We bought season passes to see all of the shows, and had scheduled a time for every play for the year. We needed to change one date, as some of us would be out of town. Little did we know that changing the date of one play, would cause us to miss out on the first play of the season. Whom ever changed the date of the second play deleted our tickets for the first play. So when we arrived for the play, we were told we no longer had seats and that the evening showings of that play were sold out. They asked if we could reschedule. There's a reason we have all of the plays prescheduled for the year. We have things planned on every day/night except the ones that we had scheduled our showings. So no, rescheduling for a different day/night is not a possibility.
