This is a very bad company. Since the first day I signed their contract, but they didn't service me for 1 second. They then started charging me, but I didn't know they were charging me at first. 4 days later I called them to cancel my account. The seller said, "I will help you cancel your account." Then I month later I checked my account and they charged me again. So, I called the seller. The seller said, "I already told them to cancel your account." I then called their customer service and they asked me if I used their credit card machine. I told them I didn't use their machine. They entered my phone number to find my account. They transferred my phone to a technical department. The technical told me they would cancel my account and give my money back in 1 month. 1 month later I checked my account and found they charged me again. So I called the technical department again. They said the same thing they said before. 1 month later they continued to charge me. I called them again and this time they hanged up my phone. They overall charged me $300 then stopped and didn't give me a refund. If i was able to give 0 stars that is what I would give. Chinese trick chinese!!!!!!
