I did not plan on reviewing this hotel however fro...

I did not plan on reviewing this hotel however from the confrontational staff, the over charging of everything to a literal crack in the wall on the 8th floor this hotel was very poor.
The staff was very on edge from the time we arrived and simple questions like "Where is the loading/ unloading zone?" or "Will the parking be on the bill or do I pay in the garage?" was answered very defensively.
The room was okay but what it looked like is that the window AC had been removed and a panel was put in its place however the panel left a 1/2 inch gap and let in the Huston heat also there was a crack in panel you could see sunlight through. The final straw was the elevator to the 6th floor garage was broken with no warning on check out. DO NOT STAY HERE.
