Waited patiently while the sales manager went back and forth to his bullpen. Ultimately left without the car as they gamed a quote much higher than the "asking price" they had emailed. Usual small print disclaimer justification and factory invoice reveals, followed by all dealers internet prices are subject to these. The main issue in all of this is why lead me on for HOURS then try to justify your cost with old fashioned car salesmanship. It is the digital information age, is your on line price correct or not? Of course I had just bought a Mustang for my wife 2 weeks earlier at another dealer and the internet price was honored hassle free. Long story short, went to Norris that night, they gave me the exact advertised web price, 90 minutes out the door. Salesman was terrific, even came back from his house having left for the day to meet me. Saved thousands, so actually thanks Academy and a few bonus stars for you.
