2 stars for lack of communication. I attended a Raiders game for the 1st time. We're serious in line for like 15-20 minutes. Approached one employee who told my sister she might have to check her bag and that mines was acceptable. Went further up the line and another employee informed us that we're both need to check our bags. Adams told us we needed to walk to the Oracle to check our bags. OMG, we get there and not until we get into the entrance that a worker points to a sign stating that there is a $10 fee for the checked bags. Are you kidding me. This messed up my mood for the rest of the night.
So, since yall dropped the ball, I let everyone that was waiting outside know that they have to pay for their checked bags. Thanks for the grand experience.
