The dresses are beautiful in this location! The major issue is the customer service. I was told certain items come with my dress only to find out at the register this is not true, and then have my consultant bluntly lie to the bridal parties face about what she had said. After contacting various others in store to rectify the situation, no one was of help. They clearly only care about making the sale. After the sale is done, they no longer make any sort of effort. I would not recommend other brides shop here as I feel this kind of behaviour must happen quite often, especially with how simply they brushed everything off. I don't want others feeling the way they left out entire bridal party feeling. Not impressed.
