I haven't stayed a night yet, but I am in the plan...

I haven't stayed a night yet, but I am in the planning phase to reserve a block of rooms. They are very responsive and very willing to help! The best customer support in Champaign/Urbana, and I've called a bunch of hotels this week! Very happy with I-Hotel's staff's professionalism.
