Customer service was great, in the beginning. Then, after the SECOND time I lost a diamond from my wedding band, they had me send both of my rings, engagement and wedding ring, back to the company for them to thoroughly check and repair or replace my wedding band. I never heard from the company after my rings were delivered. Tried to reach out to customer service and felt like I kept getting the run around. For the record, going without your jewelry for long periods of time, especially your wedding and engagement ring when your newly married, and going without information about their return SUCKS. I was never trying to rush the company, just wanted information as to the status of everything and the plan. My rings were returned after about two months without a word from the company about what was done, and without them communicating that they were on their way back. In this era it is disappointing that there is no online support (e.g. no way to check order status, etc.). You can only get information by dealing with a customer rep. Angara is quite a bit difficult to work with on your schedule, especially if you live non the east coast. Yes, I do realize that time zones are a pain in the butt, but at least have some online support and information on how long one can expect things to take. Another stone has fallen out of my ring, all three of which have fallen out of the same exact spot. Quite frustrating!
