A very bad experience with Sterling Homes. Poor insulation in the entire house, kitchen water pipe freezes in extreme cold weather. A temporary fix was done in 2017, but the problem still persists. Ice forms on electric plug ins inside the house. Many issues during the warranty period still haven't been completed. Informed Darren from Sterling about the issues, he sent someone to look at the insulation around the electric plug-ins about three weeks ago. Since then all of the electric wires have been left open, with no follow up (pictures attached). A serious safety hazard. Poor quality of workmanship and pathetic after sales service, will be now taking up the matter with Government agencies, media and consumer courts.
