My son saw a used car yesterday on their website with an unbelievable price - we even looked up other comparable cars that were much more -- so we immediately called and spoke to someone at the showroom who asked when we wanted to test drive the car. We said as soon as they open the following day (today). We were running a few minutes late this morning, and the same representative called us to see if we were still coming, we apologized and told him we would be there in 10 minutes. Under the circumstances, we expected to see the car up front ready for a test drive. Instead we were told we had to wait around until they could find it. This was after we gave them over 24 hours notice to have the car ready and a phone call from them with us telling them we would be there in 10 minutes. But if that wasn't enough, a different representative comes out after 20 minutes, and informs us the car is being driven by someone right now and they will most likely buy it. So isn't available and he would be happy to show us another vehicle. Not sure what was worse, the total disregard for our time, or that they could possibly believe we would be stupid enough to believe their story and not realize the subtle bait and switch they tried to pull off! I would never ever want to buy a car from this dealer.
