I have only been with Smith Thompson for a few weeks, but I am very impressed with the level of customer service and the cost of monitoring. Our house was pre-wired in 1999 with a system that they were able to repair and reuse. They upgraded the key pads and the system itself for a very small fee compared to other companies and it only took about an hour to do everything. Also, the monthly fee is much less than any other companies I spoke to.

I have not had the alarm tripped, so I can not comment on how responsive the team is, or how pleased I am with response times, but based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm monitoring company.
