When you tell someone what their TOTAL bill will be, and you know they are paying out of pocket because they have no medical insurance, to then tack an extra zero on to the end of that "total" and not tell them is reprehensible. I was assured my X-rays would cost $150, before getting a bill for over $1500. Your staff was friendly and courteous as they lied to my face and picked my pocket. Shame on you!
