I got a coupon in the mail for a free 12" pizza because I recently moved into the neighborhood. Delivery was estimated to be 60 mins but they showed up in 30. That was fantastic! However, the guy wouldn't bother to come into the building and insisted I go outside to get my food. Then, after going down, he said I was supposed to bring the coupon down (it is stated nowhere on the mailer). I had to go back upstairs to grab the damn thing to appease him. He told me my total was $10 when online it was stated as $8 and change (including tax). Can't speak for the food as I have yet to try it, but based on the service I won't be going back. Thanks for the free pizza, but the attitude needs to go. There are PLENTY of places in Chicago serving up delicious pizza with great service. This isn't one of them.
