Purchased a gas hob on the 19th December 2014 and ...

Purchased a gas hob on the 19th December 2014 and payment was taken twice from our account on the 19th and 22nd December 2014.

We have contacted the company on numerous occasions to get this resolved and the staff have been very abrupt and unhelpful telling us that only one payment has been received on the 19th December 2014.

The matter is still unresolved and is now going through the Fraud investigation team at Barclays...makes me wonder if Marks Electrical have done this before as they did not seem bothered about it when I told them it was with the Fraud team!!!

Not good customer service at all, I would never recommend using your company to anyone
