It is the lowest hotel that stands lightly more than 30 minutes standing just to check in. While I line up, I also carry heavy luggage. There is not much space to sit and wait in the lobby. It seems that there is no intention to deal with complaints in particular. I also felt that Chinese people are more. I do not want to stay again. I made a big mistake by choosing here.
