High price. Low Quality Repair.

Visited for a repair on my Gaming Laptop of which was slightly damaged due to a small drop. i had inspected the damage myself prior to handing it over to PC Hut. The Damage is purely cosmetic and doesn't affect the hardware of the laptop. All i needed was a new hinge and a back plate to connect it to the top plate. To save time i decided to take it down to a local repair shop to support local business.
I was advised it could be fixed in store with a modification to the hinge of which would be stronger than the original. We agree this would be achieved without the use of adhesives.
Upon return the back plate had noticeable new cracks in the thicker parts of the case, the hinge cover had been completely broken off and lost. It was found upon my request of which the guy was sure it didn't come with one when clearly it did. as well as the radiator cover having multiple of the connections snapped off completely with clear signs of adhesives being used within the hinge plate itself all of which the repairer had caused.
Upon returning i showed my frustration as they had caused more damage to my laptop as well as noticing my audio is now not working and causing my laptop to crash of which wasn't and issue before (tested prior to repair).
I have gone to re open the laptop after the repairs to re inspect what the shop had done yet i cant access the inside now as they have stripped the corner screw with a bigger screw not used in the case (they lost the original screw) and used an adhesive to hold the case in place where the screw is in place. to access the inside it requires me to break the case itself with no other way in due to the adhesives used of which the owner ensured me was NOT to be used as this is an expensive product.
I returned and explained to the owner how he has caused more damage and had gone against my requests. He didn't acknowledge that he ignored my repair instructions and refused to acknowledge the further damage that was caused. The Owner turned around told me its my word against his.

Under NO circumstances should you use PC Hut.

P.S I have repaired many computer and laptop components over the years. decided i would save time and support my local yet now it is costing me more $$.
