Bought the deal of 2 for $5 water and We still end...

Bought the deal of 2 for $5 water and We still end up paying $4.99 each. We asked the employee to get us help and he said he cannot help. So what can you do there if u over payed something you are not supposed to? Aug 29 between 4-5pm self check out aisle 13. My husband and I are very disappointed. This never happened before to us. Only here. Very unhelpful employees.
