I have the highest compliments for TLC Managment, especially Ms. Kaplan.
We had a few miscommunication issues with our local apartment offices, largely due to COVID and being overwhelmed. Ms. Kaplan at TLC Management was responsive, considerate, and extremely empathetic to the situations my fiance and I had while we were renters.
She went above and beyond several times to make sure we were taken care of and treated well.
I've been very impressed with TLC Management Company and would be happy to rent from them again (though we are working our way towards a home).
