Everyone I encountered at your hotel was so very accommodating kind hospitable professional and profesdional such as Ronaldo the chef in Fresh Bites Kirk the delivery service associate and Nicholas the shuttle driver. Desk staff served with grace and dignity. The porters who work the drop off and pick up area as well as the bell men on every shift were extremely gracious. I even saw a young manager pick up a piece of litter from the welcome mat at the entrance. That is truly management/ leadership. There was also one young man who was exceptionally personable as well, Terek Maddox. He is a welcoming face for people who have never been to your location. He helped me find my way around the sites near the hotel on foot as I enjoy walking.

As for housekeeping myroom was expertly maintained Whatever you are doing at this Marriott needs to be replicated and taught in hospitality schools. My experience here surpassed my stay at the Sheraton in Times Square NY.

Finally please commend your staff in the restaurant as well. While I did not dine there, I visited. I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. It is these things that make a business. Of course the amenities are important but it's the personnel that make your service and you have some fine people in your organization. Thank you, it was truly my pleasure to be your guest.
