Signed in online, waited in line, and waited insid...

Signed in online, waited in line, and waited inside. Over. 3. Hours. My cue number was never called. Ends up multiple people received different cue numbers as they only came up when their name was called.
Also, online it says that there is a self service kiosk to check in. There is not one.
