The organization is bad. I went to renew the citizen card during the month of August, with no one! I am told that I have to book online. I'm coming, I set a day and time. Arrived the day (2 weeks later), I am told that I have to go to the queue, take out the password ... Basically, making the online booking is of no use at all ..
